Gifty Aku Hlordjie is an Associate in the Financial and Capital Markets practice group of the firm. Aku has provided advice on, and helped facilitate debt and equity investments by clients such as Afreximbank, Norfund, Oasis Africa VC Fund, and is currently providing services for the establishment of bond programmes by clients such as Factorex Solutions and Bayport Savings and Loans.
She is an LLB holder from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has a qualifying certificate from Ghana School of Law. Aku is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
