Nene Atiapa is an Associate in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group. Her practice covers corporate finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets transactions, and asset financing transactions.
Nene has worked for local and international clients including Forms Capital Limited, GCB Bank Plc, Zeepay Ghana Ltd, and African Export-Import Bank
Nene holds an LLB from the University of Leeds, UK and a Master of Laws in Finance and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Law, UK. She is a dual qualified lawyer in England and Wales and Ghana, and holds a qualifying law certificate from the University of Law and the Ghana School of Law. She is currently a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and of the Ghana Bar Association.

- Assisted Afreximbank in relation to a cross- border financing transaction.
- Assisted in advising Lifeforms Limited in relation to a loan purchase and settlement transaction.
- Assisted in advising Absa Bank Ghana in relation to an asset financing transaction with Moove.
- Assisted with conducting due diligence on Zeepay Ghana Ltd in relation to a proposed fund raising.
