Akosua is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial practice group. She offers comprehensive legal advice and support in various areas, including corporate and commercial law, employment, immigration, insurance, and data protection. Her experience extends to assisting in arbitration for industrial disputes and advising both local and multinational clients on Ghanaian laws and regulatory compliance.

Akosua has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, agri-fintech, and non-governmental organisations. Some of her notable clients include Baker & McKenzie, Google, ATC Ghana ServiceCo Limited, King & Spalding, Kirton McConkie, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Innovations for Poverty Action, DAI Global, Werksman’s Attorneys and Degas Ghana Limited.

She holds a B.A. in International Development, with an Economics Minor from Calvin University in Michigan, USA, a GDL and LLM LPC from the University of Law, UK, and a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. Akosua is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
