Horace is an Associate with the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group of the firm. He has worked on bank lending transactions, asset financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Horace has worked for local and international clients including CalBank Plc, Wilmar Africa Limited, Temple Investments Limited and Forms Capital Limited.
Horace holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Ghana, a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

- Advised an investment firm on the licensing regime applicable to a proposed credit-linked note issuance program.
- Advised a client on applicable legal obligations of external companies and representative offices of foreign banks in Ghana.
- Advisory support on the transfer of shares in a Ghanaian subsidiary of a UK-based company.
- Advised a client on the proposed listing of its securities on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
