His practice includes banking &amp; finance transactions, capital market transactions, financial services regulatory matters and regulated funds transactions.<\/p>\r\n<p>Martinson has been instrumental in transactions involving several clients including African Export-Import Bank, Prudential Life Insurance Ghana Limited, Securities and Exchange Commission, Minerals Income Investment Fund, and Coca-Cola.<\/p>\r\n<p>He holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana and a qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law.
