Her practice areas focus on regulatory investigations and white-collar defence, debt recovery, liquidation proceedings, land and employment disputes, matrimonial matters and alternative dispute resolution. Ellen has significant experience in these areas, advising and representing clients both in court and before quasi-judicial and regulatory bodies.<\/p>\r\n<p>She has represented several international and local clients including Bank of Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Deloitte &amp; Touche, Ghana Oil Palm Development Corporation, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT.)<\/p>\r\n<p>Ellen holds an LLB from University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. company whose licence has been revoked by the Securities and Exchange Commission.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Junior counsel for the Receiver of Beige Bank in the recovery of debt owed to the now defunct Beige Bank.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Junior counsel for Deloitte &amp; Touche in general litigation.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Junior counsel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in several
