Joel Telfer Jnr is an Associate in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group. He advises on a broad range of matters including banking & finance , capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, financial services regulatory, and regulated funds.
Joel has acted for several international and local clients including Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, Bloomberg L.P, Anglogold Ashanti PLC, Bank of Ghana, GCB Bank PLC, Stanbic Investment Management Services LTD and 10TH Capital Investments LTD.
Joel holds an LL.B from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, an LL.M from the University of Ghana School of Law, and a qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a B.Sc. from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
