Nana Esi is a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group. With over a decade of diverse experience in legal practice, her expertise covers corporate finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets transactions, banking, insurance and securities regulatory matters, restructuring and insolvency matters and due diligence exercises.

Nana Esi has also worked for several local and international clients including, Citibank, COCOBOD, Barak Fund, Oasis Capital Ghana Limited, Ghana Amalgamated Trust (GAT), Daakye Trust Plc, Moringa SCA SICAR, MTN Group Ltd, National Aviation Service Investment, United States Development Finance Corporation (DFC), FBNBank, Bayport Savings & Loans Plc, First Atlantic Bank, Jumo Ghana Limited, Societe Generale Ghana Limited, Ghana International Bank, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, African Export Import Bank and Intravenous Infusions Plc. 

Nana Esi holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST) and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
