Wendy Antwi-Asimeng is an associate in the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets practice group. She has worked on corporate reorganisations, financial services regulatory and capital markets transactions, among others. Her clients include AngloGold Ashanti Limited, Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V, Ghana International Bank and PharmAccess.
Wendy holds an LLB from Brunel University, London, an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LPC diploma from BPP University London. She has a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
