Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah Contributes to Simmons & Simmons’ Online Clean Energy Tool
</h1 >
Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah is pleased and honoured to have contributed to the Ghana section of Simmons and Simmons' Clean Energy Tool. The Clean Energy Tool provides online access to reliable legal and regulatory information on renewable energy projects. The quality of information available on the tool will help investors to speed up their analysis and investment decisions in the covered jurisdictions. The Clean Energy Tool is a useful resource amidst the rising demand for renewable energy worldwide, the complex legal and regulatory environment for developing clean energy infrastructure and the difficulty in accessing reliable data to make investment decisions on clean energy infrastructure.
The tool is constantly expanding and currently covers over 50 jurisdictions. The content is developed in collaboration with premiere local counsel across over 60 countries from across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Australia and the Middle East.
Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah’s contributions were coordinated by Seyram Dzikunu, Partner, Energy and Infrastructure, with support from Seth Asante, Managing Partner and head of Energy & Infrastructure; and Elizabeth Ashun, Partner, Energy and Infrastructure.
We appreciate the following Associates for their invaluable research assistance and hard work on the completion of the content for the tool: Godwin Nkrumah, Senior Associate, and Associates Theodosia Tandoh, Michelle Okyere, Akua Afriyie-Badu and Grace Mensa-Bonsu.
We thank the Simmons & Simmons team for the opportunity to participate in this valuable initiative. It was our pleasure to be a contributor, and we look forward to working on future projects together.
