Kojo Bentsi-Enchill Memorial Lecture





In honour of the memory of our Founding Partner,  Kojo Bentsi-Enchill and to celebrate his passion and efforts towards the development of Ghanaian law and practice, we will be launching the Kojo Bentsi-Enchill Memorial Lectures. 

The distinguished Professor Samuel Date-Bah (retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana) and eminent academic will deliver the inaugural lecture on the topic 'Fashioning a Regulatory Regime for Distressed Companies', under the theme 'The Evolution of the Regulation of Commerce in Ghana'.
