Aniela Naa Adorkor Allotey is an Associate in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group. She has worked on project and asset financing deals, bank lending transactions, capital market transactions and financial services regulatory advice. She acts for investors, borrowers, banks and other financial institutions and private funds.
Her clients include Scancom Plc, United States Development Finance Corporation, African Asset Finance Company, Inc., Oasis Capital Ghana Ltd and Citibank.
Aniela holds an LLB from the University of Ghana and a qualifying certificate from Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
