Ohemaa is an Associate within the Corporate Commercial practice group. Her professional experience includes advising on matters pertaining to employment law, data protection, telecommunications and broadcasting licensing, as well as conducting due diligence.

She has provided legal counsel to a diverse clientele, including both local and international clients such as Google, J.P. Morgan, Innovations for Poverty Action, Citibank, Tupperware Southern Africa, Samsung Electronics West Africa, Scancom Plc (MTN Ghana), and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ohemaa is a dual-qualified lawyer, holding legal qualifications in both England and Wales, and Ghana. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of York and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University Manchester, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She possesses a Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Akosua is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial practice group. She offers comprehensive legal advice and support in various areas, including corporate and commercial law, employment, immigration, insurance, and data protection. Her experience extends to assisting in arbitration for industrial disputes and advising both local and multinational clients on Ghanaian laws and regulatory compliance.

Akosua has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, agri-fintech, and non-governmental organisations. Some of her notable clients include Baker & McKenzie, Google, ATC Ghana ServiceCo Limited, King & Spalding, Kirton McConkie, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Innovations for Poverty Action, DAI Global, Werksman’s Attorneys and Degas Ghana Limited.

She holds a B.A. in International Development, with an Economics Minor from Calvin University in Michigan, USA, a GDL and LLM LPC from the University of Law, UK, and a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. Akosua is admitted to practice law in Ghana.

Nana Ama Asare is an Associate with the Corporate Commercial practice group of the firm. She provides general legal advice and support in areas such as intellectual property, employment, due diligence, and data protection. She regularly advice clients on trademarks, regulatory compliance, immigration, data protection, employment and corporate governance. She has advised clients in the technology, food, telecommunications, shipping, airline industries and non-governmental organisations. 

Nana Ama holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Ghana(KNUST)  and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
