Ghana’s Civil Litigation Outlook 2025

As Ghana’s legal landscape continues to evolve, the ability to anticipate emerging trends in dispute resolution and adapt to them, has become increasingly necessary. 2024 was a notable year for civil litigation in Ghana, with the courts delivering landmark judgments that have defined the interpretation and application of the civil procedure rules and substantive law across a spectrum of critical areas.
