CAPITALISE

Our CAPITALISE project is an initiative designed to empower Ghanaian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), particularly those championing innovative and client-driven solutions, with the necessary knowledge to navigate the complexities of the investment landscape and secure funding successfully.

The project combines legal insight, practical guidance, and investor engagement through a structured cohort programme to help SMEs strengthen their governance structures, understand legal and compliance requirements, and position themselves to meet investor expectations and secure the right type of capital.

Right to Read Initiative

Our Right 2 Read Initiative is a flagship project that promotes literacy among young learners by providing a functional library and a librarian to the community’s public school-Adabraka Circuit 32 Cluster of Schools.

As part of the initiative which supports over 800 pupils, Bentsi-Enchill has introduced interactive tools including an Accelerated Reader Program, which has significantly improved literacy rates by over 65% in the past year.

The initiative is also complemented by technology such as laptops, projectors, and modems to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Mentorship

We are passionate about training the next generation of lawyers and have been the name sponsor of the University of Ghana Moot Court competition for the past three years.

Beyond our sponsorship, we have launched the Bentsi-Enchill Mentorship Programme. This initiative pairs top moot participants with firm partners for six weeks of one-on-one mentoring.

We also organise periodic one-day legal mentorship events to give students real-world exposure to legal practice. The goal is to bridge the gap between academic study and legal practice by connecting students with experienced lawyers and business professionals, equipping these students with what it takes to succeed in law.
