Rodney Assan is an Associate in the Disputes practice group of the firm. He advises and represents clients in complex litigation and out-of-court settlements across various industry sectors including telecommunications, banking and finance, and construction. His practice covers different areas of law including debt recovery, enforcement of security, contractual breaches, medical negligence, defamation, probate and administration and matrimonial matters.
Rodney has represented key local and international clients including Caterpillar Financial Services (UK) Limited, National Investment Bank, Stanbic Ghana Limited, Telecel Ghana and Vivo Energy Limited.
Rodney holds an LLB from Lancaster University. He has a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
