Sena is a Partner in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice group. She has extensive experience advising various transaction parties on repos, derivatives and structured products, debt and equity capital markets transactions, corporate finance transactions including international bilateral and syndicated transactions, mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate restructuring and insolvency and financial regulatory and advisory services to a mix of financial institutions.

Sena has represented several local and international clients including the International Capital Markets Association, Bank of Ghana, Ministry of Finance, Ghana Stock Exchange, International Finance Corporation, African Export-Import Bank, Scancom PLC, Ghana Cocoa Board and Front Clear Management B.V.

Sena holds a B.A and an LLB from the University of Ghana and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors and the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals.
