Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah has appointed 2 new partners, Sophia Sena Berdie and Godwin Ofosuhene Nkrumah. 

Sena is an experienced lawyer in our Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice. She structures, negotiates, and manages transactions across banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, derivatives, and financial regulatory matters.

Godwin is an integral part of our Energy & Infrastructure team. He advises on matters across sectors, including energy, natural resources, infrastructure transactions, and projects. He also regularly advises on complex tax matters.
