Jonathan Amable has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets (FICM) team. Having joined the FICM team in 2018, Jonathan has advised and assisted regulators and clients within the financial services industry. His expertise spans all areas of corporate finance transactions, asset finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions transactions, restructuring and insolvency, and financial technology transactions.
