Our Senior Associate Sophia Sena Berdie has been ranked as a Rising Star in Banking and Finance by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000). Since joining the firm as an Associate in 2015, Sena has established her career path in banking and finance with extensive experience advising various transaction parties on derivatives and structured products, securitisation, debt and equity capital markets transactions, corporate finance transactions including international bilateral and syndicated finance transactions, mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate reorganisation and restructuring and financial regulatory and advisory services to a mix of financial institutions.
