Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah has launched CAPITALISE-an initiative designed to equip small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) championing innovative solutions with the essential tools they need to successfully navigate the complex investment landscape in Ghana.

As part of the initiative, selected SMEs will join an intensive training programme, participate in in-person events, and access curated content to support strategic decision-making over a 6–8 week period. These sessions will feature keynote speakers, expert resource personnel, investor engagements, and a final pitch session in the last week.

Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah has promoted Senior Associates, Theodosia Tandoh, Ebo Dantse Benjamin, Kwame Owusu Nkansah, and Pappa Kweku Anan-Ankomah.

Theodosia is a core team member of our Energy & Infrastructure practice with experience in advising on property, construction, the environment, and related corporate and commercial matters.

Ebo, Pappa, and Kwame are adept lawyers in our Disputes practice and have significant experience advising and representing clients in complex domestic and cross-border disputes across the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, telecommunications, and banking sectors.

Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah has appointed 2 new partners, Sophia Sena Berdie and Godwin Ofosuhene Nkrumah. 

Sena is an experienced lawyer in our Financial Institutions & Capital Markets practice. She structures, negotiates, and manages transactions across banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, derivatives, and financial regulatory matters.

Godwin is an integral part of our Energy & Infrastructure team. He advises on matters across sectors, including energy, natural resources, infrastructure transactions, and projects. He also regularly advises on complex tax matters.
